1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ANIMUNDI, you accept these Terms of Service. ANIMUNDI is a service provided by JpMercury LLC ("we", "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Our commitment to freedom
ANIMUNDI is founded on freedom of expression and transparency. We commit to:
- Never practice shadow banning: if your content is removed or restricted, you will always be informed with a clear reason
- Chronological feed: your feed will always show content in chronological order, without algorithmic manipulation
- Data ownership: your personal data remains your property. You always have the right to export or delete it
- Moderation transparency: our guidelines are public and every moderation decision is documented and appealable
3. Community guidelines
ANIMUNDI is a space of freedom and respect. To maintain this balance, we ask all members to:
- Treat every member with respect and dignity
- Not publish content that incites violence or hatred
- Not share illegal content
- Not impersonate other people or organizations
- Not use the service for spam or scams
- Respect the intellectual property of others
Important note: content about spirituality, alternative medicine, holistic wellness, and personal growth is expressly welcome on ANIMUNDI. It will never be censored or penalized for its nature.
4. Transparent moderation policy
Our moderation is based on three principles:
- Transparency: every moderation action is communicated to the user with a clear reason
- Proportionality: moderation actions are proportionate to the violation
- Right of appeal: every moderation decision can be contested and will be re-examined by a different team member
We never practice shadow banning. If content is removed, you will receive a notification with: the reason, the rule violated, and instructions to file an appeal.
5. Account and registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to use ANIMUNDI
- Information provided during registration must be accurate
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- A user may have only one personal account
6. Subscriptions and payments
6.1 Available plans
- Anima Free (€0): profile, chronological feed, 3 connections/month, public events
- Anima Soul (€3.96/month or €39.90/year): E2E chat, P2P video, P2P documents, advanced filters, unlimited connections
- Anima Guide (€39.60/month or €396.60/year): all Soul + marketplace, analytics, verified badge
6.2 Billing
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You can cancel at any time from settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period
6.3 Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of activating your first subscription. After that period, no refunds are provided for partial periods.
7. Intellectual property
- Content you publish remains your property
- You grant ANIMUNDI a limited license to display your content on the platform
- This license terminates when you delete the content or your account
- We never use your content to train artificial intelligence models
8. Limitation of liability
ANIMUNDI is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure reliability and security, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for content published by users.
9. Account closure
You can close your account at any time from settings. Upon closure:
- All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- Public content will be removed immediately
- E2E messages will be maintained only on other users' devices
- You can export all your data before closure
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For any dispute, the competent court is that of Milan.

AI safety and responsibility
ANIMUNDI uses AI models (local Ollama and Anthropic) to generate spiritual content, reflections and interpretations. These responses are creative prompts, not clinical advice.
AI responses may contain errors, oversimplifications or inaccuracies. Do not use them for medical, psychological, financial or legal decisions. ANIMUNDI applies a safety layer that detects potential crisis signals and surfaces support resources.
